and a hint of garlic in an herb beurre blanc.

Roast herb crusted rack of Lamb

with shallots on a lemon demi glace.

or

Fresh Linguini noodles with mushrooms, tomatoes, peppers,

roasted garlic, and artichoke hearts in a Gorgonzola cream sauce.

Choice of a chocolate and a non chocolate dessert.
