Fancy hot and cold Appetizers to include

smoked salmon, shrimp, grilled fish,

pate, and crab salad,

Maine Lobster bisque with cognac.

House salad of greens with berries, toasted nuts,

shaved parmesan cheese and berry vinaigrette.

Choice of:

Grilled Salmon on a pinot noir glace served with

a spiced cold horse radish and herb butter.

or

Filet Mignon a'la Wellington in puff pastry

with Foie Gras and truffle Madeira glace.

or

Penne pasta with shrimp, crab and Gorgonzola cream sauce.

Choice of a chocolate and a non chocolate dessert.
